How to order
- Place your order on the website and choose “International shipping”
- We calculate the shipping cost and send it to you by email
- After you confirm, we ship your order and send the tracking number
Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country. Within the EU, small parcels of clothing are usually delivered without extra fees, but this depends on the carrier.

Delivery within Ukraine
📦 Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta
Delivery to any Nova Poshta branch, parcel locker or address in 1–3 days, or via Ukrposhta in 3–7 days, at carrier rates. Free Nova Poshta delivery for orders from 3,500 ₴. Cash on delivery is available within Ukraine.
🚗 Pick up in Ustyluh
Free pick-up from our workshop in Ustyluh, Volyn region, Ukraine by appointment: 050 188 2250. Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–15:00 (Kyiv time), Sun closed.

Every order comes in our branded packaging with a card and care instructions. Gift wrapping is free on request.

Do you ship to my country?+
We ship to most countries, including the EU, the UK, the USA and Canada. Shipping cost is calculated individually after you place your order.
How long does international delivery take?+
Usually 5–10 days within the EU and 7–21 days to other countries, plus 1–2 days to dispatch items in stock.
Can I pay in euros?+
Yes. Switch the currency to € in the header — prices are converted at the National Bank of Ukraine rate, and card payments are processed in euros.
Will I pay customs duties?+
Import duties may be charged by your country’s customs according to local law; they are paid by the recipient.
Is my order tracked?+
Yes, every international parcel has a tracking number that we send you by email.
What if my parcel is damaged?+
Check the packaging on delivery. If anything is damaged, record it with the courier and contact us at [email protected].
