Exchanges & returns

• Exchange for another size or style within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact
• If your size is out of stock, we’ll make it in 5–10 working days
• Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer, except for manufacturing defects

• Return an item within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn and in its original condition with tags
• Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving and checking the item, using the original payment method
• Made-to-measure items can’t be returned unless defective

1. Email [email protected] or message us on Instagram @_bereza_store_ with your order number and the reason
2. We’ll confirm and send you the return address
3. Send the item with a note containing your order number
4. Once we receive and check it, we’ll send the new size or issue a refund

We inspect every item before shipping. If you find a manufacturing defect, send us a photo — we’ll replace the item or refund you and cover shipping both ways.
